Why we're building this
Most people can't clearly say what they're good at
Ask most people what they're actually good at, and you'll get a shrug — a vague guess, or whatever their last report card or performance review happened to say. Real strengths show up in the work itself: the class where something clicked, the project someone actually finished, the role where they kept getting asked back. But that evidence is scattered, and it usually disappears the moment the semester ends or the job changes.
We think a person's forte should be visible from the evidence, not guessed at from a resume. HUBCV tracks real activity — a finished course, a shipped project, a completed job — as it happens, and turns it into a clear, honest picture of what someone is actually good at and where they're headed next. Not a personality quiz. Not a résumé written from memory. The record was already true; we just make it visible.

Verified beats self-reported
A resume built from memory in April is a guess. One built from what actually happened in September is a fact. We only count the second kind.
Forte is discovered through doing
Nobody figures out what they're good at by taking a quiz. It shows up in the classes they excel in, the projects they finish, and the roles they keep getting picked for. We track that evidence instead of asking someone to guess it about themselves.
One person, many stages
The same person moves through school, college, and work — and usually starts over at every stage, proving themselves from scratch each time. We follow the person, not the institution, so nothing gets lost along the way.
