Account information you provide directly — name, email, school or company, and role (student, teacher, employer, or employee).

Activity you generate on HUBCV — courses completed, projects shipped, applications submitted, and connections made — which powers your living resume and skill score.

Usage data such as pages visited and features used, which helps us improve the product.

To generate and update your living resume from your verified activity.

To power matching between students, courses, events, and job opportunities.

To provide teacher and admin dashboards to schools you're enrolled with, and hiring dashboards to employers you're affiliated with.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

With your school or employer: activity relevant to their dashboard (attendance, grades, skill growth) as governed by your enrollment or employment.

With employers you apply to: the resume and profile information you choose to submit with that application.

We never share your data with an organization you haven't connected to.

You can access, export, or delete your account data at any time from Settings.

You can control what parts of your activity are visible to recruiters or connections from your privacy settings.

If you're in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights (India's DPDP Act, GDPR, CCPA, or similar), those rights apply in full — contact us to exercise them.

HUBCV is used by school students, including children. Children under 13 never create their own accounts: they use HUBCV only through a parent-managed account that a parent or legal guardian creates, controls, and can delete at any time. The parent — not the child — provides the account details, and sign-in for the child runs through the parent's verified email.

Accounts for under-13 students run in a restricted mode: career and job surfaces are hidden, and the student's profile is not publicly listed. A parent can review or remove their child's data at any time from the Family page or by contacting us.

Where a school provisions student access, the school is responsible for obtaining any consent required from parents under the laws that apply to it (such as India's DPDP Act, or FERPA/COPPA for US schools). We process student data on the school's instructions for educational purposes only.

Grades, attendance, and classroom activity recorded by a school on HUBCV are education records controlled by that school. We display them to the student (and their parent, for managed accounts), to the school's own authorized staff, and nowhere else without the student's action — a student choosing to share their resume is what makes any of it visible to a third party.

We retain account and activity data for as long as your account is active, plus a limited period afterward for legal and security purposes, unless you request earlier deletion.
