Terms of Service

By creating a HUBCV account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using HUBCV on behalf of a school or company, you're also agreeing on their behalf.

If you are under 18, you may only use HUBCV with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, or through an account provisioned by your school. Children under 13 cannot create their own accounts — they use HUBCV only through a parent-managed account created and controlled by a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on the child's behalf.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

You must provide accurate information — your resume and skill score are only useful if the underlying activity is real.

Don't misrepresent your activity, credentials, or affiliation with a school or company.

Don't use HUBCV to scrape, resell, or redistribute other users' data.

Don't attempt to circumvent billing or seat limits through automated means.

The Public plan is free indefinitely for every individual.

Hub plans (School, College, Business) are billed annually per seat and can be cancelled anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing term.

Course enrollment fees, admissions fees, event ticket commissions, and placement fees are billed to the relevant provider, employer, or institution, not the individual user, except where the user is directly making a purchase (such as a paid course enrollment).

You own the content you create on HUBCV (projects, posts, resumes). You grant HUBCV a license to display and process that content in order to operate the product — for example, generating your resume or showing your profile to a connection.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

HUBCV is provided "as is." We work to keep matching, scoring, and resume generation accurate, but we don't guarantee any specific hiring, admissions, or academic outcome.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction. Questions can be sent to legal@hubcv.com.
