Introduction
What HUBCV is, who it's for, and how the pieces fit together.
What is HUBCV
HUBCV is a career guidance automation platform. It's not aimed at any one stage of life — it's for anyone who has or is building a resume, from K-12 through college, into a first job, and all the way to retirement. It helps people track their skills and guides them toward their passion and career goals, at whatever point they're at. It's built around one idea: a resume shouldn't be something you write once and let go stale. It should be generated — continuously, automatically — from things you've actually done. Finish a course with a strong grade, get assigned a role on a hackathon team, land an internship, ship a side project, take on a new responsibility at work — each of those becomes a verified activity record, and your resume regenerates itself from the current state of that record.
The platform is organized around a single messaging surface. Every course, event, project, and job you're part of has its own chat room, and each room's info panel surfaces the structured data behind it — a course's assignments and skill breakdown, an event's roster and positions, a job's hiring team.
Who it's for
HUBCV is used through Profiles — School, College, and Business workspaces — and by people playing one or more Roles within them: Student, Faculty, Employee, Recruiter, and Administration. See Profiles and Roles for the full picture.
How this documentation is organized
Getting Started walks through your first action — registering an account — and Onboarding, the profile-and-document-upload flow that follows registration. Core Concepts explains the ideas that show up everywhere in the product, and is explicit about which of them are live today versus still planned. Profiles covers the kinds of workspace HUBCV runs in. Posts covers the four things you actually enroll in, join, or apply to. Roles covers what each kind of person can do. Integrations covers connecting HUBCV to platforms you already use.
