Task Management

Pulling completed work from a company's existing task or project management platform.

Goal, not shipped functionality.

The problem it solves

A Business already tracks real work — Jira, Asana, Trello, Linear, Monday, or similar — where completed tasks and project contributions live. Right now, crediting that work on HUBCV means a Recruiter or Administration manually defines a posting-role position and assigns someone to it (see Skill-Scoring System). That works for a handful of named positions, but doesn't scale to the day-to-day work an employee actually does.

How it would work

  • A Business Hub connects its task management platform through MCP where available, or a direct API integration otherwise.
  • Completed tasks and project contributions are mapped into skills[] tags, the same shape a posting-role position's skill list already uses.
  • Administration or a Recruiter reviews and approves the mapped data before it counts as verified.
  • Once approved, it credits the employee's dynamic resume the same way being assigned to a job's position already does.
This is what makes the platform's "through retirement" framing real in practice — an employee's resume keeps growing from their actual day-to-day work, not just the moment they were hired.
