Recruiter

A Recruiter posts and manages Job postings, sitting on that job's hiring-team roster so applicants know who they're talking to. Recruiters hire on the same verified activity that builds a candidate's resume, not on self-reported bullet points.

What a recruiter does

• •Creates Job postings and defines the position(s) they credit — see Posts → Job.
• •Reviews applicants through Applications and each candidate's skills-based profile.
• •Assigns a hired candidate to the job's position, which is what actually credits it as real experience — see Skill-Scoring System.

Where a recruiter shows up

Primarily in Business Profiles; also posts into College Profiles when hiring through a school's career services.
