Onboarding

Onboarding would have two parts: a few questions that configure the platform around you, and an optional upload of documents proving what you've already achieved. Neither would be required to start using HUBCV, but both are meant to make Career Guidance and your generated resume meaningfully better from day one instead of starting from nothing.

Tell us about yourself

• •Passion — what draws you, even if it's loosely defined. This isn't locked in; it's a starting point.
• •Goals — a target role if you already have one in mind, or just a general direction.
• •Current stage — K-12, college, early career, mid-career, career change, or wherever else you're starting from.

This is what gives Career Guidance something to work with before a single course, event, or job has been credited — instead of generic advice, guidance is shaped around your actual stage and direction from the very first day.

Upload what you've already got

This isn't a one-page traditional resume upload. It's the real documents that already prove what you've done — so achievements from before you joined HUBCV, or from outside it entirely, don't just disappear because there's no course or job posting behind them.

• •Exam mark sheets / report cards — a 10th standard, 9th standard, or 5th standard final exam mark card, or any school report card.
• •Certificates and awards — a 100m race 1st place certificate, a long jump participation certificate, or any competition/activity certificate.
• •Project reports — the write-up for a project you built outside HUBCV.
• •Experience letters — issued by a business for work you did there.

How the upload would be processed

• •Upload the document.
• •The Hub that would naturally recognize it — the school that issued a mark sheet, the business that issued an experience letter — reviews and verifies the document.
• •Once verified, the entry gets a Verified badge and counts toward your dynamic resume exactly like an assigned position does today (see Dynamic Resume).
