Job
Applying, the hiring-team roster, skill tracking on hire, and the job chat room.
Job postings cover internships, part-time roles, and full-time positions — internal at a Hub or posted by a partner company.
Applying
Each job listing shows a match score explaining why it's a strong or weak fit for your profile right now, not a generic ranking. Applying adds it to your Applications tracker, where you can follow it through interview and offer stages.
Roster
A job room's info panel doesn't show applicants — it shows the hiring team (a Recruiter, a hiring manager, others involved), so you know who you're talking to. This is the one post kind whose roster represents the people running it rather than the people participating in it.
Skill tracking
A job typically defines a single position matching the listing itself — e.g. one "Lead Software Engineer" position with capacity 1 — carrying the skills that role is meant to credit. Nobody is assigned to it until you're actually hired; an unfilled position is the normal, expected state for a job you're still applying to, not a bug. Once you are assigned, those skills show up on your resume the same way an event or project position would. See Skill-Scoring System.
Room info
- •Hiring Team — who's involved in hiring for this role.
- •Positions — the position(s) this job credits, and who (if anyone) has been hired into them.
- •Skills earned — empty until you're actually assigned to the position; that's expected, not an error.
